Nursery Stock (Trees & Shrubs)

• 1 Year Warranty — 50% Store Credit
  Applies to trees and shrubs planted by the customer

• 2 Year Warranty — 100% Store Credit
  Applies to trees and shrubs installed by the installation teams from Sullivan's Hardware or Allisonville Home & Garden by Sullivan

 

Perennials

• Covered through October 1st of the year purchased, 50% Store Credit

 

Annuals 

• Annuals, including hanging baskets, are not covered under warranty

 

Warranty Conditions

Plant warranties apply only to plants that are dead and have failed to return/grow back. Plants experiencing temporary stress, transplant shock, weather damage, wilting, or cosmetic decline are not considered dead plants under warranty coverage.

To request a replacement or store credit, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Photos showing the plant did not survive (preferred)

All warranty claims are subject to management approval. Approved claims will receive store credit for the original purchase amount based on the applicable warranty terms.
